Janus worked with Telekurs-Payserv management to answer these questions, identifying the firm's value proposition and core competencies, and designing and leading a scenario planning workshop that included a cross-functional management team and outside expertise.   Bata Shoes is the world’s largest shoe company, vertically integrated operating in 62 countries.   Business process alignment and competency development were core concerns for LAO, a new tier-three, $600 million Ontario corporation.
